Why was the presentation a bunch of prerecorded snippets and videos ? A meeting devoid of content like some mix tape of random videos made as a placebo in lieu of the truth. What was the purpose ? Are they that afraid of the huddled masses? If so they don’t deserve to lead.

HON can’t speak to a camera without it being scripted and recorded. They wont let her go live. This has been happening for years. She’s incapable of being a person with immediate thoughts and being able to share them.
H pushed his own book. Really man? Be better than that.
CW has always been great at speaking like a person but I think the board got to him yesterday. Now he’s a puppet too.

yes, devoid of content - and also of empathy, clarity, and facts. what we got instead was over-scripted corporate-speak and empty platitudes. our leaders came off as robotic and out of touch. H is always a wonderful speaker but nostalgic stories about the past simply don't meet the current moment. my confidence in this company's leadership is at an all-time low.

It all just felt rushed... I mean these moments are never fun, but why hastily throw together an all hands then try to be apologetic yet we're having more layoffs? Nothing felt sincere...
I don't know what to say other than it probably was best to say nothing but that's hindsight? I'm more confused after the fact and really becoming more unsure of our leadership team when I was already questioning a lot.
