I couldn't stop vomiting during that meeting, the heaving woke up my wife and kids. A terrible day to be a Nike employee.

I haven't seen a meaningful global employee meeting since I got here. I knew ahead of time that there would be no real detail, accountability, or meaningful substance on the call. I didn't expect it to be quite that bad though. Truly embarrassing to see leaders of this caliber unable to think of a better call approach than "Let H talk for a bit to calm everybody down." Nevermind the fact that there was no agenda.

Now I am scared cause now I know that this leadership team has lost the plot!
The fact they think that they can manufacture “Nike magic” is unreal. So insane. Internal culture is what makes that and they’ve tossed it aside. Loved all the comments on accountability too. Really shows you that leadership cares when it’s pre-recorded and 20 min short.
