Any news on the leadership moves in design

Six design VPs were laid off in phase one. A couple really amazing people and leaders. Some VPs were moved around but most changes in Design (Sr Dir and below) will happen in May. That’s what we were told by HR.

Agreed.. the amount of egos that should be checked at the door is ridiculous. All of design needs a re-org. I said what I said… and if you don’t know then you don’t work with design.
Hopefully cleaning house the ideas are stale and pretentious
