Do we have any COR stores left?

I recently purchased a phone at what I thought was a COR; but it was actually an Authorized Retailer (AR). How can I tell the difference? I've never had issues with COR, but the AR placed device protection on my new phone without as much as telling me.

I was slammed by a COR store who knew I was an employee lol…

Same thing. We even talked about my prior experience as a store rep and manager a few years prior, and yet the RSC still slammed features onto my account. Maybe they assume as employees we "would understand" and not immediately remove them, and/or complain? To be fair, I didn't complain, I just never went back to that store again.

I was slammed by a COR store who knew I was an employee lol… Insurance, next up the works none of it even mentioned let alone asked. Had I not already shipped the phone off at fedex when I pulled up my app to realize it I would have returned it. Unbelievable.

The best RSC “feature slammers” become the best RSMs, then the best ARSMs and then the best Indirect ARSMs. “Oh, once I explained how important insurance and next up were to your mother, she agreed that they were important, I had no idea that she didn’t want to pay an extra $20+ a month for our overpriced services…” (Verbatim from when a DOS gets an employee escalation for an employee or employee family member getting slammed. VPGMs turn a blind eye. Glad I’m at Verizon now…

Should be on the door as well plus you can always ask!

AR's are required to have the name of their company written on their front door. Prime is a very influential company so some times they half a@@ their set up and get away with it during audits. On a side note, my mother who's on my account got slammed at a COR store with insurance, next UP and HTP. So, it's not only AR's.
