For those who have been getting laid off, are you getting a severance package? And has anyone negotiated the term successfully?

Severance is two weeks of pay for every full year worked (CWHH has different severance). Minimum amount you can get is four weeks of pay or one month, even if you’ve worked less than two years. Maximum amount you can get is 52 weeks or one year.
