I can't express how many colleagues I miss. Nike "had" an incredible work force and now it's gone due to cost cutting? Getting rid of veterans that cost too much? Wrong move. It's the veterans that made working there great! The stories, support, guidance and plain knowledge and how to navigate the company. My heart aches for those impacted. I wish you all the best.
