@3qkm+1rhJOSro It means however many cups of purple kool-aid you drink every morning before work, you need to bump those numbers up. Get with the Culture©: kiss more bo--y, snake your fellow teammates, post trivialities responding to corporate messaging, make a show of seeming to be overworked, schedule more meetings that should be IMs, put a little stank on saying Yes Sir like your job depends on it, consider the abstract shareholder as more precious than your own gd dog, complain about everything, invent things to complain about, throw meetings off the rails with these complaints.
@3qkm+1rhJOSro MI means "regular as$ employee." They must have been trying to give other people on your team a little more for merit increase, but not necessarily by your manager, probably decided from multiple levels up by a spreadsheet enthusiast.
So if you get “Meaningful Impact” and less than 2% merit increase, what does that mean?
2% is the “target.” Your manager gets to decide if you get 0%, 1% or 2% or a fraction within that. It has nothing to do with how hard you work or survey. Had a co-worker tell me they hadn’t filled out a performance survey in 10 years because it meant nothing after I spent so much time on mine. I decided to not do it last year. Was it mentioned? Nope.
Will be interesting to see what tiny fraction of their earned AIP folks who were laid off get. Apparently it will be 0% of the management discretion portion and something like 36% of the corporate AIP portion. At least that’s what the rumor mill is saying…
Social security peeps worked all life for that increase. So they did a little something.
Just had my conversation today. Can confirm that the target merit increase was 2.00% (lmao), and that the corporate results percentage is 70.00% this year.
Corporate raise target is 2.0%
Any news? Mine isn’t until Monday
Just watched that bullsh-t AIP video on the Source. Can’t wait to get sc--wed
You ain’t getting sh!t
18% of nothing is nothing.
Keep in mind, Social Security recipients received a 3.2% COLA increase in 2024 for doing nothing. Use that as a benchmark for evaluating your annual salary increase for busting your butts!
Good luck!
