I think the layoffs should start there and build a fresh department.. manager and supervisors been there for years and decades and was placed in the roles .. have no people skills and are very much just seat filllers .. cant supervise or manage a role that they don’t know the make up or how to of .. the base employee holds down the department and get no credit or worthiness .. high turn overs of amazing hard working individuals for dead weight that skates by year after year (heavy in AP shared services dept)

The same bell curve of capability exists across the board, from the front line to director. Some gold, some lead. A whole lot of bronze.
