Anyone have any knowledge or info regarding RIF for UM nurses or know if they are safe? Thanks

I've heard 30 pct cost cutting across the board (all lines of business) which sounds like 30 pct RIF unless they can pull a rabbit out of the hat...unlikely with the current state of costs.
I'd assume the RIF would occur in the next few months since the main formulary build just ended, freeing up middle management.
Don't have anything firmer than that unfortunately...good luck....
Poster, I have no knowledge on future RIF's, however, I'm sorry to say, at this point no department is "safe".
