Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

People who should be laid off

Managers who throw their team under the bus at the first sign of trouble are not fit to be managers. I think everybody can agree on that. There are too many of those at Enbridge. What are the chances that the leadership is going to wise up and get rid of them in these layoffs? Or is that too much to ask for?

I'll tell you who should be laid off:

All the turds (you know, the real toxic ones whose stank just lingers in the air after they're long gone) on various posts who can't appreciate a co-worker as a person rather than just another DEI hire.

Congratulations. (insert slow clapping hands)

You're either racist, ignorant or narrow minded, but most likely all the above.

I don't know you at all, but I bet you're probably so frail that you don't like rainbow sidewalks, soft bunnies and you don't wipe or wash your ar-e. That's why you stink and sh-t spews outta your mouth when you talk.

Go ahead, take a look in the mirror and picture a peanut filled steamy p-o grunting its way out of your plump lush red lips... That's how most sane people see you when you talk.

Prove me wrong and give us a laugh with your stupidity. Up-vote and subscribe (insert peace sign fingers)

I think anybody hired or involved with DEI should be gone. Some of the worst decisions ever have happened because unqualified people are in roles they don’t deserve .

Half of the VPs need to be let go. No purpose.

I’ve noticed that people who are usually irrelevant have been making themselves relevant in the past month scheduling conference calls and setting up meetings. It’s pretty revealing who has nothing to do. Maybe that’s why they gave the month notice.

These managers are excellent at managing up and controlling the narrative so the issues the team sees is never seen by higher ups so it does not get reflected on their abilities. I don't think they will get laid off.
