Anyone left Truist for Wells Fargo who works as a Digital Product Manager? Was it worth it? How does the working culture compare? Pros/Cons? Please do share!

Victims can file a charge with EEOC. Website below -

@4gby+1reszCYA - That’s terrible. The victims should file charges with the EEOC and file lawsuits for hostile work environment and employment discrimination. This would be all over the local news as well!
I didn’t mind KM. Overall thought he was a nice guy.
Plus you get to be reunited with one of the most morally corrupt leaders ever to have gone through Truist..KM
There are 499 companies other than Truist in the Fortune 500. Why would anyone pick Wells Fargo, of all places?
You understand that your benefits at WF will be worse?
Your sick days and vacation will be combined into a single bank of 18 days, not a separate bank of 20 and 8. You will get your 401k match once at the end of the year, instead of with each paycheck. You will not get any company funded HSA deposit. The Truist pension may ultimately get frozen, but Wells has nothing.
Culturally, ever since Rogers took over, Truist has turned into Wells Fargo Jr. with insular detached management, a view that employees are worthless, and bureaucratic chaos. Hope you’re getting a huge pay raise, I worked at WF and there is no amount of poverty that would convince me to ever go back, I’d live in a tent first.
