Right now in Workvivo there are about a dozen articles talking about the new orgs. The numbers of VPs mentioned in those articles is just absurd! Weren't we supposed to save money? Get a lean organization? I don't even know who's my boss right now, with so many new "appointed leaders", FFS. I guess in the end we just got half of Bain's message: "You're too VP heavy... we'll have to fire some people in order to pay them". Pathetic.

you're an id--t if you thought the company cared about saving $. if it did so many non critical orgs would've been downsized or canned already. it's about who scratches who's back and the politics game. nothing to do with efficiency or merit or cost savings
