Very difficult to get another role. Extremely competitive environment with much nepotism. Good luck to all impacted.

yes, that is a huge concern. company has never seemed so unstable. been here for a LONG time. it is different and feeling like a sinking ship. bailing out and not staying. will hang out until term date so i get that nice long severence. why did they bring in the new ceo with his track record? not a good look at all
Good luck getting another position in Humana. They offer before layoffs but if your area is RIF’ed no one gets another position.
I have decided not to apply for any more roles within Humana due to this unparalleled journey with no brakes. I’ve decided to patiently await my layoff.
