Hi all! I was part of a RIF from middle of last year and part of the severance package stated I would still recieve AIP payout for the amount I earned in 2023. Any clue when AIP will be paid out?

I was apart of a RIF as well and told we would receive our full AIP bonus as part of our severance. Did the entire company get the smallest bonus possible. I was at 15% AIP and My ‘bonus’ was about 3%. Just curious if everyone barely received a bonus.
