Does anyone know the structure of the packages and the criteria that they’re using to calculate them?

They will give you severance if you’re laid off. Also, receiving severance unfortunately requires an NDA on severance details so be aware sharing can risk your severance being revoked.
@axq+1rdHU9aZ God bless your soul and your heart. You are the first one who finally disclosed it.... Thank you.... I wish you the very best....As a single dad taking care of my 2 kids, I just needed to know how to square my finances.....
I’ve been there 3 years and I got 12 weeks severance. Plus PTO
I don't see the problem with the question. I also would like to know how the severance is. If I am laid off tomorrow, I will post detail for sure.
@nhc+1rdHU9aZ the fact that you followed up a response to being let go with an additional ask about severance is insane… how about you just wait until you get laid off to find out?
@kna+1rdHU9aZ So sorry this happened to you.... Heartbreaking. Can you possibly through an equation? Like two weeks per year of service or 3 weeks/ year of service? Very very generic
I was let go this afternoon and it's a combo of 1) Years of service (they round down), 2) Your band/grade level, and 3) Your salary. Not sure if one of the three of those weights more heavily than another?
We live in the future. The history of man is available to you in seconds. Remarkable.
Isn’t it great y'all?
