Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

BPI was trash. Everyone between 1%-3% raises

2023 was a good year for the company, and the bad e pay increases were unexpected, especially with how much inflation is happening. guess they spent all the money on beyoncé & hans’ golden parachute, rather than a reasonable raise for making the company a shitload of money.

oh but let’s increase legacy plans by $4/mo & smartwatches by 50% more… Maybe Verizon needs a John Legere.

They did pay 109% of half of your target. The other half was based on your individual performance. Assuming you are band 6 and below, that's the plan provision.

When everything has been jettisoned C Suite wise except for the CEO and issues still exist. Then maybe there will be forward traction.
