Reply guy gossip is useless and embarrassing
Truthfully TO has gained such negative notoriety both internally and externally that TO has to settle for mediocre or less in many hiring/backfill cases. Bottom line is the toxic dysfunction is no industry secret and is keeping many better hires away.
