Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Forbes best large employers

Guess who’s not included in the recent list of the best 600 large employers published by Forbes?

Their methodology is likely what doomed Fiserv - they surveyed current and former employees and asked them to rate their employer and if they would recommend to others.

And Forbes points out several times that companies do not pay a fee for placement on the list. Sounds like Forbes knows the Fortune Most Admired is complete BS.

Apparently, if you filter the reviews you can see that Indians just love, love, love Fiserv... OR they are required by their managers to go on here and leave a positive review. I am inclined to believe the latter.

One year we were the 9th worst company to work for based on Glassdoor.com. then all of a sudden a lot of good reviews came into glassdoor.

On any objective set of metrics, Fiserv would be ranked as one of the worst employers in America.

Well someone should be fired for not changing Forbes’ mind about being paid off. How can they have more self flagellation without paying off for these hollow awards?
The only department that I trusted to excel just failed us. If we can’t buy an award, then what can Fiserv do? It’s our bread and butter.
