Put him in front of a congressional hearing and ask the hard questions on how decisions and slashing of long time experienced staff contributed to this failure.

If Randell stayed on after numerous billion dollar mistakes and the FCC is useless I only see more lobbyists free lunches for our oversight whosever that is.

confirmed, Legg's tecdev offshore software update knocked out 100+million customers, and told customers to use the landline for emergency 911 calls....Stankey needs to own this hairy issue; i guess ATT has no clue how many people still have landline....sigh
