Surprised to still see reporting structures like VP reporting to VP to another VP. And SD to SD to SD. How did they survive this layoff?
Such hiring and promotion practices created this mess to begin with.

"bands" went away a few months ago. Its "grade" now.
EVP - Executive VP
SVP - Senior VP
VP
SD - Senior Director
Director
Just because they have VP in their title doesn't mean they're the same level. Exec bands are E1-E6
Influence & notoriety, not titles, mean everything here.
If it was SVP or EVP, it would have said so. These are VPs and there is an EVP on top (4th layer).
wait till friday... most of it will be cleaned up.
Someone pointed earlier in a different post that there are 3 levels within VP. VP-SVP-EVP. Not sure about SD though.
Same issue with shoes, we're overstocked.
