It will be brutal if they let ICs wait until Q4(phase 2) to hear their fate. I bet most of the talented ones will leave finding another opportunity instead of waiting here to receive marching orders.. maybe a well thought tactic to save on the severance..

If phase 1 does not involve IC, I would be damned. Consider the productivity knowing you may still be part of it in phase 2. I just want them to be done for the org in phase 1 and do different set of org in phase 2.
This week is about higher bands like vp and S. Lower bands in phase 2 by end of year. We live to wait another day.
Why would VPs and Sr Dirs be read in before everything was finished?
