When will layoffs begin for Leading Performance? Anyone have any idea how much the cut will be this time? Will this layoff allow is to Win in any environment?

Layoffs do give the company an opportunity to cull the herd and keep the better players, so, yes, more winning. Why would you be concerned?

Continuous layoffs MW is in a state of Euphoria around that I guarantee. His favorite pass times are layoffs and employees working in the office!

You'll find the organization shying away from big programs, names or overall targets. It's all going to be by function or BU, and evergreen as the announcement said. Constant change like the rest of the world lives. The recent CTC/V or whatever combination has a 13% target.

In a word, no. "Win in any environment" became a parody of itself years ago. Layoffs are meant to reduce OPEX so more executive bonuses, dividend increases, and stock buybacks can occur.
