Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Dont forget to take money from the C-level Jokers!

Are the directors, chief execs, etc. getting their bonuses cut as well? Real horrible to see the humana associates and sister companies hurting in bonuses, pay, fear for jobs, etc. This shake up or whatever is awful but the top dogs are still sitting with a fat purse? Can't have the execs losing money so take it from the small guy to keep them in their place. Garbage.

Bruce made $17.2 million in 22... Can't find the data for 2023 but I can assure you, he isn't hurting for a bonus. In 2022 his bonus was only $3million. the remainder being made up of base salary and stock options.

When you look at numbers like these and appreciate that Humana has been laying off employees for many years, it becomes obvious that the staff don't matter. If Humana was concerned, compassionate and considerate of it's employees and their communities the stock market would not reward him as they do. He is getting richer because he IS making these cuts.

Don't fall for their corporate lies! Bruce and his lackeys get other types of bonuses. They get stock options and other awards. They’re all making millions while the common man suffers.

Correct all levels got the same reduction in target to 30%. In fact the Management Team (Bruce and his direct reports all are getting 0% for their bonus this year). I know everyone here will call BS but it’s true.

Don’t be a cry baby. Life is great here.
If you are complaining about management you can join and make some changes.
If you don’t have the chops or are not qualified to enter the club, move someplace where you can make a difference.
But complaining here just makes you look sour.

I am having some of my best years here in my current situation. No work, 5 meetings a day where I do nothing and a big fat paycheck every two/three weeks.
