This is missing a women’s touch. Currently a br---t feeding mother in maternity leave and risk of layoff and want to share how terrible I feel Nike is handling this layoff route.
This is weighing on me. It’s not the stay or go, it the stress. It’s ki-ling me, and my supply. This is just so stupid. Let’s go, and be done. Me, my ti-s, my baby and ultimately, my future will thank you for it. Even if I have a job, why would I want to stay to such a sh-t show?

Take care of yourself & know that it will be ok! Stress is not your friend - mitigate it as best you can & reach out for help where you can.
I got laid off at the end of my maternity leave from another company. Not that everything was great but also that was the longest maternity leave I could possibly have with the severance/UI, in the US at least. If that's the worst that can happen, you will be ok! (& hugs)

Very sorry for the stress you are undergoing Seek out people you trust to talk with.
I am also at home waiting to find out my Nike future. My children are school age. Kids are already talking about Nike layoffs at their school, It is really hard to answer their questions.
I am sorry you have to go through this. I went through CDA, and received the meeting invite when my wife was carrying. It was a tough period back then. We all survived to live another day but it was incredibly terrifying villainous experience that they bring you to a meeting to tell you what your future holds. Corporate greed has no limits. Just know that you will prevail. Karma will always catch up to evil folks eventually. JD is an evil psychopath, just like many other greedy corporate execs out there. This only tells us how stupid these people have been in running a firm that would need a hard-reset ever so often, if they knew their sh-t, they would be running a stable ops. Incompetent to be running a firm.
