The irony of Kohls banner ads showing on this thread..
Legal, HR and Operations teams hit yesterday and today for Office of General Counsel. Senior lawyers and senior leaders. Some of the best people managers in that org were axed. Now lots more considering leaving …some of the worst leaders at Nike were spared.

Haha, so funny to hear that "they didn't want to disrupt the business continuity" after they replaced the whole support L1 and L2 with Cognizant in such a short term like a month or two, when they didn't know anything about the platforms they were going to support.

Absolute crickets on the DSM front. Haven’t heard anything about leaders and getting mixed messages about if we are part of phase 1 or phase 2. With SEC approaching there is so much extra work ahead, it’s a real struggle to figure out how to stay motivated
Has anyone in DSM received an invite? We were told by TR in a team huddle last month that DSM would be one of the last orgs hit because they didn't want to disrupt the business continuity. As per MF email sent on Thurs, we've been moved up to phase 1, and encouraged to WFH this week. We also lost our VP on Friday who was an incredible leader. We're all puzzled that they didn't assign him to a different role in the company. Our Directors /Sr. Director have no updates. It's going to be a long brutal week.....
