Approx 800-900 layoffs will happen in Feb and remaining in May excluding EMEA which may happen in FY25!

That's not true, my friend already had a call with HR and same his colleagues. EMEA started already but it's targeted by department, customer finance is impacted for now and they're gone by April
@kcc - remaining 600-800 will happen in end of FY24 before May across geos + EMEA in FY25!
600 in EMEA? That feels like an awful lot…
Will the functions that just went through it this week have any changes /cuts at all in Feb?
