It seems like this will go on in multiple phases until year end. Focus on vp and s currently. Is that right ? Lower bands later this year? I did hear of lower bands in some functions though.

For design, we were told yesterday that phase one is complete. Phase two will stretch from now till the end of FY and likely happen toward the end of FY because ‘the work is still being done’
We’re also waiting for the org change announcements to come as they’ve moved several leaders around.
Seems like the area where VP or sr. director were let go IC teams may follow.
I have been reading here that Individual Contributors were gone too. When things were searchable, we saw many lower bands there. So it seems like its at all levels but they are focused more on big meat right now.
