Apparently SNP is giving some associates an extra bonus as a lump payment and there is no rhyme or reason to it. Some exceptional associates got it and some full-high but not all. Asking doesn't do any good either because, here is the best part. They don't know how people were chosen. Would be nice to know how to go about earning that.

I’m not getting to but the 250 and extra 2% raise was because they are taking away their AIP bonuses the 250 specifically is because they waited till February to tell them
The $250 and 2% is just for CMSA. Nurses getting $2000 and managers and AD even more.
Yes, i heard they are getting an extra 2% raise on top of $250 added to the AIP bonus.
Maybe it’s a STAR award, and not a bonus
