In all seriousness, Truist needs an independent Chairman that sits on the BOD. Bill Rogers should not be CEO and Chairman. Companies perform best when the chairman is independent and they are not also part of executive leadership. The shareholders would have to vote to implement this change. Unfortunately the majority of shareholders are the executives, and just like politicians, they vote in their own interest, so this will never change.

Who is the lead director of this current iteration of boot lickers?
Former LDPer here and recently rifed hBBT "teammate". This exact question was asked to our former CEO who was also chairman, and the response was "we have an independent lead director", it'll never happen.
Add that to your fairy tale dream list. Folks, you need to wake up and stop believing in fairy tales. Our company and so many others have sold their souls to the WEF devils. They are doing exactly what they were told to sit in their seats and do everything to wreck their companies which will lead to the further destruction of our economy.
Yeah add it to the wish list of “things that will never happen”
No chance of this happening.
