Our wonderful government has enacted 300 pages of labor laws, among them re-classify freelance and contract workers as REAL EMPLOYEES of a firm - insurance, workers comp and the lot of it, Oh - contractors be warned now --- you may find the door opened for you soon. And not INTO Fiserv but out of it.

I'll take a layoff package from Fiserv any time. It's a job but that's about it.
Bitter ??? Some of these 'contractors' are former employees, dont let leadership turn you on each other. Says former employee working for Fiserv clients..
Might have a positive affect for actual employees..sorry contractors...
Maybe this help cut down all this outsourcing. Certainly makes it less attractive.
