Absolute depression has kicked in. Just really tired of hearing what a terrible employee you are because you can’t make their ridiculous payroll budget. Just looking for a way out.
There is nothing left to comment on. The ship has been sinking for a while. Anyone that has not jumped ship has decided to go down with it. Might as well hang on and hope for a severance package (if there is one) JRC is focused on what remains for their investors... not you. They could care less about the service... the ship is going down and they know it. Regionals and GVPs don't care.... They are doing the same thing, just collecting the paychecks and waiting for the final ax to fall. No thoughts are put into decisions... Why should they, it won't make a difference. JRC has their focus and it will not change. You can work yourself into the ground and it won't matter. Do you really think they are going to care when they let you go. Sadly... No. You are only a number. And that number has a $ sign in front of it.
