A lot of commercial bankers and CCS’s leaving too. Don’t know how long it’ll work out here!
Its awful now. The morale here is terrible. RMs are constantly attacked by leadership over # of weekly activities. The last shakeup was a joke. Nobody wants to be here anymore - 2 middle market bankers just quit last month.
