Re-org placements (layoff decisions) are set

Hot off the press. Resource decisions have already been set and made, nothing you do in the next 2 weeks will have an impact. Do not overwork yourself. Likely people that know you (your Sr Directors) will have already been part of the decision making process. Source: JM in TPMO.

If you are laid off, know that it may not have been anything to do with your value, you might have just been a name on a list. Pay attention to the subtle clues, canceled 1:1s, people keeping a distance, etc. My theory is that Engineering will extend their control of the empire and TPMO is done for. Good luck.

I know for a fact that Senior Directors were consulted to some extend. If you are a Senior Director and did not have the chance to "vote", maybe you should dust your resume pal.

Dr Directors will be lucky to know the morning of April 22 how deep the cuts are for their team(s).....

This is factually incorrect. Sr Director have not been included, read in or consulted in the org design process.
