Will you encourage your employees to attend meetings the week of the reorg/layoffs? Why or why not?
I’m team no meetings, but just want POV from someone who feels we should continue with business. Seems to be a controversial topic right now.

in my org there are "important meetings" set for week of 4/22 to brief in future deliverables. seems delulu to me.
We must attend the meetings we can to work on gaining back market share across CATEGORIES.
Just for the love of god don't go around scheduling meetings, especially ones with vague titles, DURING the week. Every forking time my outlook dinged about a new invite my heart skipped a beat
Honestly they will take care of themselves. People had meetings scheduled during phase 1 and they all disappeared once things started happening.
Business as usual unless I'm told otherwise by leadership. Just doing my job.
I have a meeting hold for the entire week. Just blacking out my calendar and I’ll decline any invite that comes my way.
I was told and told my team to prioritize well being, family time etc to cancel all meetings unless 100% needed and keep the lights on.
I'm too busy preparing commits for Quarterly planning while having zero idea of commitable resources.
