It’s a new week, how is everyone feeling? Additional layoffs looming? What about reorganization. Seems like there is a lot of movement and some divisions. And Bruce just put out his final email. What are your thoughts?

There wasn’t any layoffs. Some applications were moved areas (for whatever reason) but no layoffs.
I have not seen lay offs this week in IT. Do we know what areas were impacted?? I see daliah and Katie but what areas

Folks, obviously Katie and Dalia saw us talking about them and didn’t like it. HAHAHAHAHA.
@1qmy+1rWWdRXM If you were a leader you would think it's okay? Humana has you fools by the short and curly's. You don't have enough common sense to see that your leaders are in the exact same spot as you. Consequently you treat them as an enemy rather than someone who can and does stand up for you. In all the meetings I attended with senior leadership, not once did I hear a front line leader talk bad of their team. At every turn the leaders stand up for the crew and yes even stick out there necks to ptotect their teams.

What orgs in D&D were hit? I haven’t heard anything like that.
Dalia P0wers and Katie H!x had another round of layoffs this week. They just had the first round of layoffs in January, and now a second round in April. They manage IT. I’m really nervous for what the future holds.

Im waiting for the next shoe to drop. My org hasn’t done layoffs yet but I think it’s coming soon, esp. with Rectin fully taking the reins soon.
