And starting when? 4/22?

I was told some groups in GT and Supply Chain have been verbally told by their leaders already for 4/22 week
OP here. Sounds like no one has gotten the WFH email. I am asking because I am not in phase 2 but I think many of my partners are. I want to be mindful of what they are going through. I know the baseline is that everyone is stressed out but when my group got the WFH email the stress went through the roof. I am just trying to be aware.
The right thing to do would be to make that week a WFH week similar to our Week of Wellness, just mandate it for everyone within HQ. That way, any lay offs or restructuring that happens during the week allows people the time to process and integrate into their new spaces with the new step forward being 4/29. Nothing is worse than knowing your cross functional team got gutted and now you have to figure out your new contacts or vice versa your team is gutted but you survive and now you have to break the news to your counterparts. Let everyone WFH, do your business and send out updated org charts to everyone that needs it. Because if you think work is getting done that week, its very delusional
I’m also curious about this. I’m not sure what the other posters are concerned with; I just want to understand if my organization will be impacted so I can further solidify my plans in case I'm let go.
@1qbn+1rVDqQMT Use your PTO if you’re going to Hawaii and if you’re laid off then you will email Hr and get the days reimbursed and paid out.
Or better yet use your remote work week. If you’re not going to work that week than Use your PTO.
Y’all really are being very touchy, i have the same damn question, if I don’t have to use PTO to go out of town because I rather be laid off while in Hawaii versus here . I don’t understand.
Wow touchy touchy
The whole company.
Why you need to know? If your group is affected, you will be notified as the same time as your other teammates in your department. Otherwise, none of your business
