In case you are curious, Fiserv just released its proxy statement which contains executive comp....FB was paid close to $60MM last year...congrats to him.

Don't forget above grade 10 got a small bonus only, most of which were in RSUs that we'll likely get laid off (or if we're lucky, quit for greener pastures) before we ever see them, and no raise at all. Given what I've heard about Q1 numbers so far, it's likely we won't see any raise this year.
Remember many if us managers are MINOws. Aka Managers In Name Only. We're just small fish in the pond. We have no control over anything, responsibility for everything, and are often working in the trenches with our team doing the same work on top of the paperwork "required" for management.
I have no respect for FB or any of his staff…start offering packages… people will flee..if they cannot even give associates under grade 10 a decent living increase don’t be asking to input “goals”…totally insulting
This was even true back before Frank left: My department never got any bonuses, but Fiserv was paying Magic Johnson to speak at the Vegas convention every year. And I was underpaid by 10-15K a year.
Ridiculous - no wonder they’re so stingy when it comes to associates!
That level of compensation is nothing short of perverse.

Speaking of Mel Brooks, I wonder if 60M is enough for Frankie to offset his small Schwartz complex? I'm guessing no amount probably is.
