Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

It's only gotten worse..

A year into mission one and it's only gotten worse. There's no way this continues going into next year. I see a complete exit from dsd similar to Keebler in 2025

Can’t say I know when it will be but we’ll definitely be out of DSD sooner than later. I have a feeling the reason they keep making things worse is so that more people quit and it narrows down to such a small amount when it comes time to exit DSD. The less people the less packages they have to offer. They may have so many jobs posted but don’t let that fool you. The job postings are to get the adequate number of people needed to do the job efficiently. They know that just based on the job itself and how demanding it is they will never get the right amount of staffing. By the time they can be adequately staffed a long timer quits because he/she had enough. Just about everyone who still works here either can’t find something better or they’re sticking it out til it’s time for their pension. There will soon be a mass exodus from this company and they won’t be able to get the right amount of help to even be able to do the job. That’ll be the day they exit DSD. I’m saying it could be as early as this year, maybe next year but it’ll be here before you know it.
