When the leadership decided we had to start returning to the office they emphasized how our jobs can't be done from home. But at the same time, they are sending our jobs overseas. So, if I can't do my job from home, apparently, how can somebody else do it from another continent?

Nike is STILL posting and hiring for fully remote positions. Nike leaders telling you that we’re better together, or any similar line implying that in-office work is the only option, are just lying to you and hoping that you’re too d-mb to realize the truth.
If they turned our campus into community style apartment buildings they would really go crazy and be able to charge some crazy a-s rent for it . Shoot make part of it a retirement community. If they want to save on real estate but the real reason is there is a lot of hubris that went into building that campus and PK is not going to allow his ego not to be stroked when people comment on how beautiful it is
Simple - stop leasing any buildings. Put teams in Nike owned buildings, let everyone else work from home. Have spaces within Nike buildings for cross functional project teams to work together. Employee growth is not a linear curve with market share increase or decrease… well, not if have well designed systems and processes… and understand that in a downturn you invest in improving those processes, making things more automated, more standards based, etc. I don’t really care if I’m the office or working from home, but is pointless to go sit in the open office BS, work off a laptop, and do zoom calls all day with people in other buildings and campuses.
there are offices overseas. overseas resources =/= they are working from home.
What? Senior leadership being hypocritical that never happens. Poster @knk+1rSqDtyj already stated that WHQ is sitting empty & needs to be justified.
I literally commute into the office to sit on zoom calls or listen to others on zoom calls around me. This is innovation I guess?
