The guy has destroyed our MA business. Why keep him around? Stock at 52 week low.

I like how the OP claimed ownership of MA Business for the employees. Just get this straight. It's Humana's MA business not yours/Ours. Humana is owned by stockholders not the associates. Senior leaderships function is to earn more money for stockholders. The associates are a COST.
The board are setting Humana up for a takeover. A drop in membership right now will not really affect the price someone will pay, the stockholders will get more from a merger than they would from a few MA members.
This Renaudin character was clueless when he ran CarePlus. He had zero idea of what was happening there and allowed the mad Dr to run rings around him. CarePlus was run as a personal fiefdom and in effect was a smoke and mirrors operation. They were getting 4 or 5 Stars so often because they had loyalty from members who were VERY upset when they figured out it was owned by Humana.

Company needs new leadership thinking in MA. Guys like Renaudin are a liability.
Engagement surveys are jokes!
Engagement surveys are useless without changes. My leaders responded as though a one time poor survey result and it will magically change on its own. Low level leaders instructed to create plans around improvement but most of negative responses were top leadership questions out of low level leader control. No change is coming from anything put on the survey. Top down lack of direction is getting worse by the day.
