So this is going to be an ongoing thing now in my group- we were provided a develop you course ID on transparency and instructed to review “women’s history month and national arab american heritage month” from the DE&I spotlight sharepoint page to prepare for our discussion on it tomorrow in a team meeting.

DEI = institutionalized discrimination. Just look at the directs of the "leaders" pushing this vile cr-p and it's instantly apparent that they don't believe in "diversity" in anywhere close to the way it's described in these forced indoctrination meetings.

DEI will end up in the trash like Affirmative Action did … I am in the COO and it’s always been garbage. I skip those meetings, as much as I can … as the meeting turns into the laziest people in the room trying to spotlight how “special” they are … it’s aggravating to hear those attention seeking sc-m bags pretend to care. It’s disgusting.

Thankfully our division doesn't focus on the discontented, egomaniacs or the intolerable. We're all to busy to care. Besides, when layoffs hit, watch DEI go out the window when they fire a bunch of old people and people of color.

I bet you are new to COO hate to tell you, we have been doing these for three years and my team loves them. We have done strength finders, and communications by generations and the last one basically forced the executives to let us see the pulse survey. Some are not as good but some are really great but it also has been great to learn about each other.

This one you are bellyaching was so good my team (I am a manager) asked to take more time on and it is around transparent communication. I took the feedback to our exec and he is going to address location strategy versus the smoke and mirrors. Yet you are complaining - you really need to give yourself a hug

Maybe instead of of sitting in your streaked underwear behind a keyboard complaining you may want to su-k it up for a FIFTEEN MINUTE conversation and maybe learn something. I mean this is not even about DE&I its literally corporate communication.

Very much the same in my group.

Not to worry, those agenda items are space fillers so if enough people talk about pressing work issues during your meetings, you’ll never get to forced DEI cr-p.

DEI is needed as a crutch for certain people that can't make it on their own the way that non-DEI people have.

Also baked into DEI is that no one is supposed to say the above out loud.

It's nothing to do about diversity

Just a way to ensure no one treats the H1b Indians nice. There is no diversity in India nor does their culture tolerate the LGBT movement. Wonder how long it will take TK to figure out why all the Technology outages are caused by Offshoring. Another hightened awareness period issued today due to technology issue. This place is a circus

Seriously, I’m here to do my job, not get a disingenuous/window dressing DE&I pep rally shoved down my throat. This is a checkbox on a news release for Hudson Yards. The top of house wears DE&I like an I’ll fitting suit. This is all for appearances and talking points.

At the end of the day there is ZERO walking the walk. What a clown show.
