ESPP update?

Was recently impacted so don’t know the latest status on ESPP credits. Can someone who is still at the company share any update - when will the shares transfer and what’s the buying price? Thank you for your help…

This round should answer your question OP.

At today’s share price, you’re not getting the full 15% value. If you sold today it’s closer to 9.5%.

How much will the stock drop from here? Wouldn’t take much to leave you hanging with a negative investment at this point.

Don’t listen to people who say it’s a guaranteed 15%. All stocks come with risk.

lowest price was at the end of the offering period $93.58 - 15% = $79.54

So, does anyone know the answer of the question? Those impacted in February will still get this ESPP share out.

@hky - that isn't true. The folks impacted will be able to cash in on the ESPP because they are technically still on the payroll.

If you were let go before the espp purchase time they’re just going to refund the money you were setting aside each paycheck.
