@8sqi+1rPZmUKs Oh brother. I think she’s a clown but there is SO much in your comment that says more scary stuff about you than about her… ge-z. Sometimes those voice in your head should just stay in your head.
Julia is known for two things. First, she brags about having a non binary teenage daughter, because that makes Julia brave and a hero as a mother. Second, she runs happy hour get togethers in Bellevue. After those amazing things, she pretty much does nothing except appear as a robotic puppet who gaslights, virtue signals, and preaches the value of having more women than men in every position because women can multi task and are therefore superior.
@jhu+1rPZmUKs "It’s not personal. Julia did not make the decision to cut 8K jobs. It’s ok, you all will survive." She is a member of the Board, a leader in this company. THIS is not leadership. The woman is a muppet. I wouldn't hire her to hand out samples in a grocery store. This is tone-deaf... she clearly has no clue what is on the minds of the people propping her up day in and day out.
Julia just comes across as an overly enthusiastic, patronizing preschool teacher. It is all learned and all fake. How I wish that she would feel comfortable “Bringing her authentic self to work every day,” whatever thay may be and if it still exists.
Yes, everything she says seems way too scripted. She needs to be more natural, it's so obvious she is just reading someone elses script.
Is it me or does it look like Julia only reads a teleprompter? Does she really know anything?
I just got a request from my manager to do more of Julia’s work - to chase Gartner Peer Insights reviews for products I support.. she must be too busy making videos for Memorial Day and July 4 cookouts…
I think the communication lead is called Mo--nika Schaller. Or that should be her name. Did you see her at the last all hands meeting? Looks like she hates the people she is talking to.
With the dreadful damage that Julia has done to SAP and its culture, it's tempting to say things like she's "playing the woman card". But that drags the argument down to misogynist level. We are all better than that. However, it is clear that, no matter what the gender, Julia should never have been appointed to the board. Julia lacks empathy and strategic insight. What's even more striking, it often seems as though she is tone deaf with very little common sense. We can only hope that she'll soon move to a lucrative new role at another unfortunate enterprise. Let's pray that she takes some of the id--t flunkies with her, like Monica Schaller, that weird head of communications.
Before she came to SAP, Julia was at Microsoft where she had a reputation of being extremely good at doing product demonstrations and for promoting herself, especially leveraging the "I am a woman in a tech company" narrative. Other than that, she was not respected because she had no significant accomplishment and did not innovate. What has she done at SAP other than continue to play the woman card?
It’s not personal. Julia did not make the decision to cut 8K jobs. It’s ok, you all will survive.
Embarrassing for SAP and female executives in general. Not to mention extremely poor taste considering the upcoming layoffs. Shameful.
What is she good at Doing?
She knows nothing about software
Terrible public speaker
She has very few relationships with our customers
So what is her purpose besides silliness like This?
I saw it. Outrageous.
Julia, reducing her peeps' head count.
So what she shouldnt celebrate Easter, because you are anxious about layoffs? Come on.
