I'm hearing of a ton of people taking the VERP in the US. Haven't heard of one single colleague who is quitting. Sounds like bullsh-t to me...
Which LoB are people quitting?
Wouldn’t be better to force them to fire you ? Or the competitors / partners are having demands for techs ?
Salesforce and Workday are laughing their as--s off getting so much talent for so cheap

The only reason for high turnover is the manager

Is it because of RTO?
Or did they take the VIRP?
Or are they just fed up with the massively ncompetent leaders like Julie White ?
