I'm surprised there's even a need for layoffs, considering how many people are quitting.

I'm hearing of a ton of people taking the VERP in the US. Haven't heard of one single colleague who is quitting. Sounds like bullsh-t to me...

Wouldn’t be better to force them to fire you ? Or the competitors / partners are having demands for techs ?

Why are they quitting?

Is it because of RTO?

Or did they take the VIRP?

Or are they just fed up with the massively ncompetent leaders like Julie White ?
