That comment about tech failing is too true. Remember these are all Vendor products tailored to fit the current needs and those change - sometimes old software is used for way too long and patched to make jalopy-style bridges to other programs . There are humans making tech decisions and programming things and it's not always perfect. There are bugs in software, there are user choices that are flawed or made in error so the truth is there's no ill will and no one is being left out on purpose. If something isn't doing what it's supposed to, make it known as people can't fix things they don't know are broken or have reason to fix. Tech has given me plenty to fix and it's solution based and not a fix-all. Complex softwares require care and upkeep with data constantly updating and tweaks being made. One poor choice has Cascade effects on unknown other programs.

Last year I received a really large monthly statement, seems Humana took payments back from my providers from a year before, citing I had no coverage…I’ve been with Humana for over a decade. I was getting nowhere with claims, my providers were upset, and it was going in circles…I ended up emailing BB and explaining the situation. To tell you it was resolved and my providers were all paid back within a week is no lie. If you are having issues, try emailing BB?

I bet you change your mind when you are on the other side of not getting paid timely or being told you don’t have an active insurance policy! Or better yet, a RIF.
You people are crazy. Humana is not forgetting or intentionally not paying people. They have millions in payroll every two weeks, sh-t happens, technology fails etc. Y’all need to reassess your outlook on the world lol.
Call HR4u, Humana has a way of “forgetting” to pay at times while Bruce and his minions make millions in bonuses for poor performance. If HR doesn’t respond and get you the money ASAP via an overnighted check, call your states labor board.
I got my check in the mail last week
Got mine on 3/15. It was an automatic deposit.
