When is the RTO mandate happening across the board? Seems like it's rather random at the moment.

I put Sapience on vacation! I know all the tricks to use. Jerry can go stuff it. He can spend $130 of the software per employee to get garbage data. Guy and Frankie can take it to their “bank”. Anyone who owns stock in this “company” speaks volumes of their mentality. This place is a sh@tshow circus. Employees like myself enjoy the drama an easy money while it lasts. Prepare for more layoffs. If they try to terminate you get a lawyer to break them. My coworker is doing that now.
I had more R&R days before unlimited R&R. The irony...
This makes no logical sense, which means they are very likely to do it :'-D
Plan in place?
When will this so called plan be implemented?
So "unlimited" = 25 vacation days.
There is certainly a plan in place; it aims to increase attrition. The new requirement entails five days a week in the office for some and will be obligatory for others, with a minimum of 8 hours between the first and last badge swipe of the day, and even more for higher-level employees or those aiming for a substantial merit increase. The purportedly unlimited rest and relaxation policy isn't as it appears, as they expect that exempt employees to be in the office approximately 90% of the time. The only exceptions from their metrics are FMLA and legal holidays; otherwise, they exploit any legal loopholes based on your location and applicable labor laws. Anything else—sick days, remote days for appointments, or inclement weather—will count against you.
There is no plan. They constantly put out fires and create their own drama. They don’t hire intelligent people which makes it a horrible work environment. Most of the staff are lazy and checked-out.
You think this group of "leaders" has an actual plan for anything? Lol.
I need my job! I need Fiserv!
Sarcasm people, sarcasm!
“I need my job! I need Fiserv”
No, you don’t need to be micromanaged in a culture of toxic management. Run away from fiserv $hit$how.
If you read the news, you can get a feel for the market trends based on the BIG TECH company decisions. They all kind of follow-suit with each other.
First it was a hybrid schedule - some days in office, some at home. Then COVID came and it was WFH until further notice. A couple years later and RTO started becoming more popular again. I was given DAYS notice before being RTO over a year now, so it depends on which department you work for, and your physical location.
I need my job! I need Fiserv!
Run!
You think that is random. Wait until they give you a date and start moving it around.
There are still business units that have not mandated RTO like FTS.
I was of the understanding that ALL remote employees would need to return to an office?
I have not heard of a RTO mandate. Now that Sapience has been deployed, there will be terminations happening. It won’t be an issue as most of these roles will become extinct.
