Don’t ever consider this a career job.. just a step to your next place of employment
How many people?
It’s not much of a package. 1 week for every year. Then they make you sign an agreement to not sue.
If you got severance count your lucky stars... a lot of people are wanting a package to help with the transition to somewhere better
I just got let go! Manager said there isn’t enough work to justify me.
Someone with a law degree that specializes in labor and state subsidies needs to look into these business practices. They hired a ton of people in Nebraska and New Jersey to get tax breaks and are now trying to drive people out presumably to offset them.
Crooked. AF.
Glad I made the decision not to move there. Looks Iike I'd be out of a Job anyway.
Very depressing environment… all for Frank’s glory
It’s a great day at F@@kserv.

They wanted all the severance expense to book in Q1 and not carry over into Q2.
They get paid for those missing days on top of severance, but the Cobra clock ends one month sooner.
That is not good mgt. Two weeks of pay makes a bigger difference to the employee than to fiserv
Several of us had our 4/11 end date moved iip to 3/29. Had 1 day notice of the change.
