I'm running into trouble getting answers from the overseas phone support crew, so I'm leaning towards moving off Fiserv/Cardconnect/Cardpointe processing for their competitors else unless I can get some real, actual help.
How do I get in contact with my account representative (and not the 1-800 foreign support ppl) so I can continue being a Fiserv customer?
