Working at SAP has turned into mental torture non-stop. We're drowning in work that should be split between at least several people, and on top of that, there's this constant worry lingering that you might end up on the chopping block. How are we supposed to function in this environment?

@glp+1rL6cx1r +1 on that. I know teams that have been shorthanded and expecting one or two VERPs which will make things more difficult. The targets only change to go higher and you're having freshers filling in the gaps of those with expertise. Great on-the-job experience by learning in the line of fire, but long nights, higher expectations, same pay.
OMG, Reading These comments Show why SAP could do so much netter. Folks, if you dont Like IT, then why dont you go. IT would bei fair top pour co-worker
"Restructuring," especially under the direction of a new boss, is often a convenient and easy way to create activity and movement, and too often mere activity and movement are intended to give the illusion of accomplishment and direction, while in reality being simple churning, confusion, and wasted effort.
You're not, it's a deliberate effort to reduce costs to artificially boost the bottom line so CK can get richer and cash out before it all goes bo-m. It's what happens to once great companies that forget their reasons for existing and get captured by money men. Hang in there, do what's required in the hours your paid for and focus on what's real, your family, friends and the wider community around you and let them reap what they sow.
Do the minimum. Why do any more?
You aren't getting any more money, so why bother?
100% FACTS…it’s getting annoying with the constant restructuring and changes. Restructuring only happens when executives fail to execute on their strategy! I am frankly fed up with all of it, and I have no care anymore about SAP, its executive or the brand!
100% - expectations getting higher and higher with less and less support and resources. It’s exhausting
