I was laid off in January and start my new job in April. With a 44% pay raise because Humana underpays. Thank you Humana!!!!!

I agree. Humana pays at least 30% lower than competitors. Yet, piles on so much work on our shoulders. I’ve worked here for 8 years, and Humana has NEVER offered a cost of living raise to any employee. Not once. And I don’t think ever will.

Also was laid off in January and landed something that starts next month. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time, I feel so much lighter now that I’m out. Using this time to kick back and relax.
Congratulations on the new gig. I took early retirement and am very happy I did.
Speak for yourself. Humana pays me at the top of my range for my position. I think sometimes y’all forget Humana has like 60k associates and the monitory of people who speak out are the ones who are not satisfied.
